The Big Nose Attack

The Big Nose Attack is an alternative blues/american roots music duo band from Athens/Greece.Their sound is somewhere between the monolithic blues of RL Burnside,Junior Kimbrough and the Black Keys and the twisted blues of Captain Beefheart,Tom Waits and the White Stripes!
Although the idea of ‘the Big Nose Attack’ started about a year ago,the reputation of the band is growing fast. Their debut album is coming out in September 2011 and will be distributed worldwide.
‘Make some nose tour’ will follow, with dates in Germany,Poland,Czech Republic,Belgium,France,Greece and more!
Founders of the band,brothers Boogieman (vocals,electric and resonator guitar,kazoo,harmonica) and Little Tonnie (drums and percussion,piano and organ) had met some success with their previous boogie/rock trio band called ‘Down & Out’, with whom they had toured in the Balkan with legends like ZZ Top,Gary Moore,Johnny Winter and many others and played in some very prestigious festivals such as Guinness’ Kilkenny Rhythm & Roots Festival 2009 and Cork Jazz Festival 2009 in Ireland,Torun Blues Meeting 2009 in Poland and Durban International Blues Festival 2010 in South Africa.The band had also released two full-length albums and a 7″ LP single in their 8 years of existance.
But with this fresh start it’s a matter of time before they go big!
