KARL HJALMAR NYBERG & ANDREAS WINTHER (Norwegia)

Värt att veta om Herr K. is a young swedish/norwegian free improvising duo consisting of Karl Hjalmar Nyberg on saxophones and Andreas Winther on drums. We create our music with different approaches, from the minimalistic and dwelling, referencing groups such as AMM, to being inspired by graphic notation and a more composition-like feel. This summer the duo recorded its debut album, also featuring bassist Michael Duch and saxophonist Klaus Holm, both renowned improvising musicians on the Norwegian and European scene.
